SaaS Solutions & Business Applications

HariOmm designs and builds software platforms and business websites for small businesses and founders. We start with the way your business operates, then scope the technology to fit.

Two ways we help

Software for an operating business

Websites and business applications for booking, customers, products, quotes, orders, staff and communications. The solution may combine existing tools and custom features.

Barbershop booking example

A SaaS product for a founder

Explore a customer-facing software product with account roles, workflows, subscriptions, reporting or integrations. Architecture, tenant separation and commercialization are evaluated in discovery and are not assumed.

Discuss product scope

Capabilities we can scope

Booking and scheduling

Appointment selection, staff availability, confirmations and reminders for service businesses.

Customer and client portals

Secure customer access to relevant orders, requests, documents or appointment information.

AI assistants

Business-grounded question answering, guided discovery and customer support workflows.

Billing and operational workflows

Quotes, invoices, payment integrations, notifications and business process automation where appropriate.

See VN Nursery for a wholesale ordering and customer workflow example, or SEO and AEO services for discoverability and reporting.

Common buyer questions

Do you build custom SaaS products or configure existing tools?

Both approaches may be considered. We assess the business requirements and existing systems first, then recommend custom development, configuration, integration or a combination.

Who is this service for?

Small-business operators seeking better operational software, and founders exploring a software-as-a-service product or customer-facing application.

What does pricing include?

Projects are scoped individually. Depending on the engagement, pricing may include a one-time setup or development charge and recurring hosting, maintenance, support or module fees. Integrations, third-party subscriptions and usage charges are identified separately in a proposal.

How does delivery work?

We discuss the problem, document requirements, agree on scope and pricing, implement and test the solution, then plan launch and ongoing support. Timelines depend on integrations, approvals and complexity.

Who owns the software and data?

Ownership, access, export rights, hosting dependencies and third-party licenses are defined in the written agreement. Do not assume exclusive source-code ownership or unrestricted portability without those terms.

Is every solution multi-tenant or subscription-only?

No universal architecture or commercial model is promised. Multi-tenant requirements, security, data separation and subscription capabilities are evaluated and explicitly scoped for each product.
